What is yellow rice?

Remember, you can make about
anything "yellow", including things from other grains, too. Heck, I
suppose I could make various "meat" meals yellow, too, but I have not
tried this so far.
The spices are a big deal in most
meals.
What is the famous line from an old
time movie called "Fried Green Tomatoes"? To paraphrase, it went something like
"it is all is the sauce".
