History of Iran

            Two other things have affected my opinions and thoughts, too.

                        One is the book by H.G. Wells called "The Outline of History", first published around 1920.  It got my attention. It's premise was there is a lot more history than presently taught to us in the West. It focused on a lot of other places,  including the Iran area.

                        Second is going to military school with Iranian fellows. They were pretty sharp, to me.  Of course, so are we.

                        Said another way, I don't want to fight them in their country, if I get a choice.

                        Said even another way, most people don't want to fight me in my country, too.
