What's wrong with saving money?

The subject is brown bag lunches.

Millions of people already do it.

Millions more probably think of it as some kind of sacrifice.

I use to call my old man cheap, now I call him thrifty.

The part I like is that many "brown bag lunches" can be very healthy for us, too.

There's a zillion ideas on the internet one can read about making their own brown bag lunches.  Many of these ideas don't even ask for refrigeration or chilling. Here's one link to get you started:  http://allrecipes.com/howto/brown-bag-lunches/

Box lunches use to be " de rigueur " for kids going to school. Or these kids just waited to eat until they got home. Being rich or poor kids seemed to cut through at all levels.

I suspect many people have some homework and learning to do if times should get hard. Making brown bag lunches is not a bad way to start.
