Getting the truth out of a government

       When a government lies as a way to rule, that is immoral.

            Often dictatorships use lying as a way to rule.

            Often propaganda is a preferred tool for rulers to use as part of lying to rule.

            Those who use "spinning the reality of what happened" are often pursuing an immoral value and purpose.

            And all I want to do is know what is going on, and have trust, faith, and confidence that I know what is really going on.

            I want my children and grandchildren to have this same trust, faith, and confidence in their government.

            I still believe our media has a sacred responsibility to be a fourth arm of government.

            Actions have consequences, including the reporting of "news".
