My problem where I live today is getting milk during hard times. I have chosen to use powdered milk, which can be used for making cheese at home. I have a lot of powdered milk, too.  Heck, that's all we had when I first lived in Hawaii, and powdered milk and water was plenty good for this 2nd and 3rd grader.
