Food safety
Here's a another "food for

Let me use myself as an example.
If times get hard enough I'll
probably eat about anything. But for sure I want to practice the food safety
ideas I have been taught. Mostly that means clean things, and heating the food
hot enough and long enough to kill any germs As for things like
"prions" (think mad cow disease) I plan on avoiding any food that
might harbor them since cooking won't kill them. But in the end, it is just
simple food safety ideas that should work OK. Said another way, I just don't
want to get sick from the food I eat.
