How to make charcoal

       There's many ways to do it.

            I am presently sitting by a charcoal powered stove, and am enjoying the heat from it during this early spring time in east Tennessee. Being warm is good for my morale,  plus I am wearing long johns, too. Here locally, the charcoal heat is cheaper than the electric heat.                                          

            In my mind there are two dilemmas. One is to make the charcoal, and the other is the best way to burn it. Of course Plan B is just to burn the wood itself, which is the source for charcoal. Charcoal has more "heat" in it if one can take the time to "make" it. Otherwise, just burn wood.
