One inflation calculator

       Here's one link:  http://www.westegg.com/inflation/

I myself have been through the inflation process (in my lifetime) and the effects on my Family, and I did not like it. My Family's quality of life declined right in front of my eyes. It was a new experience to me. My parents had not taught me about inflation, nor did I know anything about it from my schooling.

Now it appears my health care may now get threatened, too.

And at age 65 I don't care too much anymore, but my 27 year old friend says otherwise. Now he has a life to live, and objects to helping some of local riff raff who don't even want to work, but still have sex, have babies, diet as necessary,  and live on the government dole. And my present taxes and work are paying for much of this, thanks to my elected representatives. Now that is another subject.

As always, all I can mostly do is report, vote, and also plan ahead.

Also my priority remains making my own electricity, which I already do; and growing my own food, so I can eat. Nowhere is inflation included in my priorities.

Said another way, I hope my Family and friends will do OK where I live. I think and hope so. That fact that I now "hope" reflects my worry and planning about inflation's effects. Hope is a poor strategy.

Nor is hurting people to protect my food and electricity included right now. Now interfering with them is just fine in my mind if and when the riff raff try steal my food, for example. After all, one person will tell 30 of their low-life friends, in my experience. Now that is an OK defense.

And if times get really hard, then I will have to take harsher means. I've made my peace.

So you can make up your own mind about inflation and its probable effects on you and your Family, if you choose. I have.

It's hard for me to believe I am even having to think this way.
