The value of training
Does it bother you that.....
Watching an interview on TV where I
can't hear the question bothers me.
In my case, the fellow answering
questions is a doctor who probably wasn't trained in what is expected by those
seeking his reports. I assume he is otherwise smart, well trained in medicine,
and a hard worker.
I'll boil it down to a nutshell.
· Repeat the question so the rest of us
can hear it.
· Ask if he got the question correct,
like to the person asking the question. Sometimes we don't get the question
right the first time.
· Answer the question.
