Burying an old dog at the Hemlocks

       Every once in a while one is presented with an honor. Today was such a day.

            Many of us have pets, who are generally like members of the Family. In my case it was an old dog who came here as a puppy, loved it, and died here, and now is buried here. Not bad for a dog.

            And I got to do the burying!

            So as sad as it is, it is also an honor to get to respect all, including an old dog.
