The new world USA is different
1) We value each human life.
2) We respect our dead.
3) We try to be more egalitarian than
our ancestors were.
4) We are collectively spoiled, like
with clean water and good health opportunities. That many don’t always know
this reflects how good things are.
5) We are all equal in our opportunity
to succeed within our great land. Or at
least we still pursue that goal.
6) We like to work for the dignity and
self-respect it provides.
7) We tolerate minorities, really
promoting them as best we can.
8) We still expect our children’s future
to be good, like even better than today.
9) We still have a sense of community.
Said another way, we are still all in it, together.
10) We have plenty of young people still willing to
fight to defend what we have.
11) We believe in the rule of law.
