As a Marine I have never been lost, but I have been “temporarily disoriented” now and then……

Where I live recovery is easier to figure out, but for sure think about and teach everyone (especially kids) the “tricks of the trade” where you live.

For example, one can try use the sun to figure out direction, but also keep in mind the sun moves and that will affect those using these methods.
