Be
careful how you use any kind of disinfectant if you use a septic system.
Disinfectants kill germs, which most septic systems use to "digest"
all the bad stuff we humans emit. I don't know about the effect on viruses.
Where
I live, my Mexican cleaners use water and vinegar, for example, to swab my wood
floors. And then it evaporates, even in the cold season time. In theory, this
combination both kills germs, and also cleans the wood floors.
In
other words, there are many ingenious solutions to trying to keep a clean and
healthy house. For example, one can use ammonia, too; plus one can use ammonia
for home defense (when properly mixed), also. As another example, just do
periodic health and sanitation inspections, and apply corrective actions as
required. Nobody I know wants to live in a pigsty, since we all know of people
who tend to trend this way. It has happened.
