This dog stinks

       An old dog dying

            In this case it is an old 14 year old dog who has lost her hind end, and now is peeing and pooping in my house.  I feel like I am living in a dog kennel, and I don't enjoy the smells.

             And I went through this drill before with an old Golden Retriever, so I am somewhat familiar with the experience. She died a few months ago.

            Of course, I clean up the mess, which stinks, too. I even have to carefully step over all the mess, too.

            I am still debating in my mind the best future course of action for the dog. Plan A is just to let it die of natural things, like bed sore infections, kind of like Christopher Reeve died. Plan B is more country oriented, like execute the dog to advance the inevitable.

            Right now I don't expect much improvement, like getting the hind end going again, and having it pee and poop outside like it has all its life.

            Like I said, this dog stinks.
