The dilemma

I want everything I eat and drink to be "natural".

I also recognize there are human engineered advancements that make what I eat and drink better for me. Thank you to all those that do this. This idea goes back decades, maybe even longer, like new rice types that are better for growing  than "natural" rice.

This idea includes most of our vaccinations to help fight diseases.

I also realize that many drugs, like aspirin, and even Vitamin B3 (Niacin),  are good for us, but there is little money in it for those that make these things.

So what is often promoted, and it does often work, is what also makes money for those that make these wonderful drugs.

So even during hard times, I still think I can use present knowledge to influence the action, like take care of my health, and my Family's health, as best I can.

Even an idea I learned back about half a century ago about "eddy" currents, and electromagnetic radiation inducing currents in our bodies, like from cell phones or high power electric lines, comes to mind.

All provide benefits we enjoy. Add in local wireless things like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, as other examples.

Even add in the present debate about GMO foods, and good luck figuring it all out.

            Hence, the dilemma.
