How to lose a $1,700 sale

How to lose a $1,700 sale

Here is my “bitch” email to the sender of the gold coin I am now expecting to be returned.

This is how one takes back a country, since there are many good and moral people who should be rewarded, too.

I have already done both, to my chagrin.
First, I am age 66 and already had a heart attack twice.  So I am paying for
the delivery service, I thought. I am trying to avoid hiking a mile and a
half into town and then hiking back the return trip, too, and in order to
get a valuable coin you shipped to me via USPS.
Second, this is a repeat performance on the part of the local Monterey USPS
going on over a year now.  And it (the delivery problem)  has been in good
weather and adverse weather, too.  And I have complained to the local Post
Master, too, who basically blew me off it now seems. Now even the local Police are clued in, too.
The scam is pretty easy, like scan in “delivered” and go from there. Even the local UPS delivery guy has done that before when he put the box in the local woods for me to try find. I didn’t, by the way.
Now I know why, as a former President of a Company, just why smaller
companies go bust. If I am supposed to pay $1,700 for a coin that is not even
delivered to me, then a mistake has been made.
Last, I think I know why my local town in Tennessee doesn't go forward as
too many local criminals just defeat the best initiatives of others. And it
is tolerated like even honking the horn in my driveway and expecting me to hear it and responding  like a trained animal, and then billing Amazon, for example. Or something as simple as scanning helps most help people, too,
And I assume your company is honest and moral.
Hence, the return of the coin to you, and I will shop elsewhere for
one like it.

And here is their simpleton earlier email to me.

We are sorry to hear USPS was unable to deliver your package. The last scan
your package received was at 2:27 pm on March 5, 2015 in MONTEREY, TN 38574
when delivery was attempted. Unfortunately USPS has indicated no recipient
was available. Therefore now your package is being held at your local Post
Office.

We have found that in situations where a package is being held, it best to
visit the physical Post Office location to retrieve your package. Please
note, the package requires Signature Confirmation upon receipt. Please
reference your tracking number: 9410810200793481852044 when visiting your
local Office.

If you are having trouble with your Mail Carrier delivering mail to your
address, you may also bring this to the attention to the Post Office when
you are at the local Office as well. Please let us know if you have any
further questions or concerns at this time and we will be more than happy to
help.

Kind Regards,
Liberty Coin
