Second the why: Mostly these kinds
of candles can be for some kind of romantic meal, or even just for some
“spooky” Halloween setup. One can add colors and aromas as they see fit.
Third, it can be kind of fun learning and teaching how to do this. Now
that idea is personality dependent.
Fourth, and last: Plan A is just to go to a local store and buy them
already made (most likely by a machine and pretty good as a result). Plan B is
to make them yourself for your own reasons. Plan C is to buy a candle making
kit to start out.
