Plan B is so obvious to so many

If you are the politician then just offer public treasury money to those who did not earn it, and expect their votes in return.  Enough of these politicians seem to believe this will work for both the short term and the long term eventually.

And it is working so far it seems, like so many are even voting for the people who practice this course of action. A lot of these voters should not even be legally voting, too.

Usually, the whole thing collapses in the end, and then we are left holding the bag. Said another way, we are on our own as to our own survival as well as our own Family’s futures.

So Plan A is not a bad way to go, like use our morals and work hard and use patience, and hope for the best, which will come eventually, at least in my opinion. Even if times should get so hard we go to rolling blackouts or day on day off public water in many places in the USA, I suspect in the long run the “American” tribe will work together for the common good. That even includes being honest to ourselves, like we did it to ourselves in the end.

What is happiness? I would suggest an idea like good health and self-respect.
