Vitamin D

If times get hard, plus during the
colder seasons when sunshine exposure to skin is reduced for the usual reasons,
and which ultimately reduces our own human Vitamin D production, then, and if you can, take a supplement, like
a pill.
Now if one is working outdoors
during daylight (like bringing in wood, or preparing the garden area), that
also should work pretty well for our human health. As always, it just depends
on the situation.
The intent is twofold; preventive medicine, and human health.
