For example, I am already setting up
for the next growing season by putting in some cotton twine and using existing
metal screw eyes on the porch next door. I figure the cotton twine might sag some over
the next 6 months, but I can "tighten" that up if need be. The source
for the already existing seeds and plants that grow over the twine will either
be the ground soil , or the many existing pots and potting soil and fertilizer where
I live. That will just depend on the situation at the time.
And, worse case, the pots and potting
soil and fertilizer will run out; and then I'll have live like the old time
Indians that did live around here in our past. They did have a hard life and
existence, in my opinion and readings.
Then the pole beans will still have a
poor man's way to grow and use all the sunshine that still exists right now.
And I and my Family and Friends can enjoy the benefit, whatever should happen.
I figure many of our ancestors (2 out
of 3 I read) did this as recently as World War II in the USA (circa the early
1940's), and so can I if need be. Heck, even some Mom's cut the local weeds to
feed the rabbits that helped feed their Family.
