Tomato Florentine Soup

Tomato Florentine Soup

The intent is to suggest ideas for making a healthy pasta type soup that can be made from about anything that includes some pasta or dumpling.

Where I live, if and when I run out of stocked pasta, I can still make pasta like things from the acorns in the forest, for example.

This would be a good soup kitchen type of meal if times should get hard.

Soup kitchen type meals are usually easy to serve (and clean)  for both the preparer and the consumer, and can be very healthy for the intended, too.

I assume if unemployment gets to like 20% (+)  then soup kitchens may come back for the usual reasons...taking care of our fellow man who needs help just to eat and feed his/her Family as best we can. That almost sounds golden rule, too.

Where I live, one local church already runs a food bank for poor people, usually Scotch-Irish.
