Now if refrigeration is a problem, like after a hurricane may have lost public electricity for a while, then just share the meat (you have harvested and cut up) with all your neighbors. You can even be “selective” about what meat you share with whom. And if you can’t tell for sure which are better cuts and lesser cuts, then guess.



And if you don’t have a more professional cleaning room as in this YouTube video consider using any place else, like sheet of plywood on top of a table, a concrete pad, a picnic table,  or even part of your yard.
