Egg drop soup

Poster’s comment: About any kind of beaten egg will do. And
there are a lot of birds around the Hemlocks, too.
Today, Sunday, I will just boil some chicken broth and pour two
beaten chicken eggs into the broth, albeit very slowly while I stir the mix.
You can modify this about any way you choose, by the way. Now if I have done it
too early (poured the beaten egg stuff into the broth too early or too
quickly), and it makes a soupy looking color in the broth, it is still very
safe to eat. Now if I can make myself wait a little longer or pour a little
slower, then I can get more stringy looking egg product which is the idea of
this soup. Then I add the rest of whatever I choose to cook with, like Indonesian ramen
noodles and spices, and light and chopped SPAM and chopped scallions, and some cilantro (also called coriander), and go from there.
As to serving the mix, I think of the “cup of soup” idea, and go
from there. Think of self-serve and over a long time for the eaters to
finish it.
