            Don't get sick or hurt. That takes some leadership in most cases.

            Now if you do get sick, which we all know does happen,  the bottom line is to try keep sick and hurt people warm and hydrated as best you can.  After all, our human bodies are pretty good at healing, especially if we can help the healing process along.

            Now in good times, go to the doctor.

            Now in other times, keep 'em warm and hydrated as best you can.
