Good news and bad news
First the
bad news. Many present Americans are obese, like overweight and can’t even
qualify to be a private in the military. That all too often applies both to
males and females, too. Said another
way, they are not acceptable to fight to defend their own way of life as it exists
today. Now not being "acceptable" is a harsh judgment, but most often to the advantage of those affected.
Now the good
news. Being obese may have advantages for a short period of time if hard times
should come. Having some “plump” on should help survive if hard times should
come upon us.
