Repairing a Carbon Fiber Bicycle Frame

Repairing a Carbon Fiber Bicycle Frame

And then the big question, just how do you work on carbon fiber repairs or even improvisations?  Here’s one way to do it. It is a YouTube video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkhTuLfQucw

And last, here is just a written way to do the same thing, like repair anything you have that is carbon fiber based. Basically one should have stockpiled “on hand” supplies to do any such a repair. So here is one link:  http://www.amazon.com/Godzilla-carbonworksTM-Carbon-composites-repair/dp/B00K0T1JJM

As always, there are many other links on this subject, too.

Plan B is to just give up, hunker down,  and wait for a better day. Now in the same vein, there are many other repairs often called for, so good luck. At that point in time, even barter will often be a good way to go, as long as you have something (and are willing to part with it)  useful to barter for.

And last, even fiber glass is often very heavy. Just ask any person who owns a fiberglass boat about what they think. Same idea applies to repairs to their boat and other things, too.
