Baking
remains as much of an art as a science.
Three
examples: 1) lower temperatures take longer to bake foods, and 2) taking baked
foods out of an oven doesn't stop the baking process right away, and 3) each
oven and person is different, and has to be learned.
Being able
to bake, or trying to bake, is an
important morale booster to many.
