Now there is not so much fat in wild game as in farm raised domestic
animals (like beef or pork) that is even often presently corn fed in the USA. Many of
our favorite vegetables don’t have much fat in them, too (now some do). I am
reluctant to suggest what vegetables since what we might grow and how we save
them will affect the fat content. You figure it out as to what you will do if
you have to. After all, in present times
there are easier ways to get fat in our diets, like even go to the grocery
store. Even that can be difficult, too. Usually these days we want to restrict
our fat intake in our diets
And there are many (like a zillion it seems) ways to burn fat from our
bodies. But getting fat when we need it is another subject, like this subject.
So knowing how to render fat is a teachable subject that might benefit most.
And we all have some fat in our bodies, and also need some fat to best
live and fight diseases. It is just nature’s way. Females having babies need a
lot of fat, too. It just helps make healthy babies, in my opinion. Of course,
and like our mother’s would say, all things in moderation, is also a good idea.
If in doubt, ask your own doctor’s opinion on this subject. I would. And most
doctors these days are both well educated and also well experienced.
And some fat does often provide the flavor to foods many humans like in
their meals, too. Throw in the health benefits, and that makes an OK sales
pitch to me and also for this post.
