The topsoil makes a difference
I have a friend whom I had to talk
into learning to make a garden
He has a
small garden this year that grows food in a garden that is based on contractor’s
topsoil. And it grows nice vegetables,
like better than mine. He has shared some with me.
My garden is
not as good, mostly being my food grown is not as good. My topsoil is about the
same as what the Cherokee Indians had in their time, though I have put in lime
and fertilizer, but it is still not as good as his garden, and without the
extra help I give my garden.
All gardens
are not created equal.
