antibiotics, was every infection fatal ?

Practice preventive medicine (vice
corrective medicine) as best you can.

Keep as clean as you can. Wash things
as best you can.
3)
Keep the ill as warm and hydrated as
you can. Most often our bodies can heal themselves eventually if we give our
bodies a good chance.
4)
Some people are tougher than
others. Accept that. The weak and very old and ill will
periodically die.
5)
Life is not fair.
