In many of today’s societies, enemas are seldom taught or discussed
anymore.
At age 66, I can remember when enemas were a more routine way to even
take our internal temperature, among other uses. I myself did not like getting
a mercury glass temperature gage inserted in my ass, but of course I lived
through it, too. Later I better recognized how benign the whole procedure was.

The idea is pretty simple, like saving lives and treating our ill as best
we can.
Last, there are two main ways to stay hydrated, like as full of water as
we can be. One is by ingestion, like drinking water and electrolyte type things
(and not throwing it back up), and one is by enemas, including electrolyte type
things, too.
