Having some kind of notebooks will
usually help better organize one's information over time, or if they have a
poor memory.

charge, mayor, H2( like weather, news, information, intelligence, and radio
frequencies), Training, gardening, wildlife
observations, Maintenance, History, Records (like births, deaths, marriages, census,
