Sewing

            As a Marine I can report I know how to do basic sewing repairs to my military and sports gear. Mostly it is hand sewing using a sewing kit, like a needle and thread. As to shoes, some Shoe Goo  and duck tape comes in handy, too.

            Now I know in my USA American culture, mostly females are supposed to know how to do sewing, usually with machines and usually with electric power to make them run. Just how they learn these days is beyond me, since most, I think, are simply not taught these skills anymore.

            Just who can teach them these skills is also suspect these days.

            And all I want to do is live, and have my clothes maintained as best I can.
