Loss of trust, faith, and confidence

Loss of trust, faith, and confidence

In other words, we in the USA have a crummy federal President in 2013. And he has another three years in political power. Now that worries me, mostly about my future.

Mostly it worries me about my own Family's future quality of life. While I like the idea of being forward thinking, I also don't want to die some kind of cold and miserable death, including for my own Family. I am now fearing such a thing.

Obviously to me, he (Obama) needs to be removed from his present position of federal power. Now I accept that others, often in their own political power, may think otherwise.  After all, impeachment is usually an ugly process, with the opposition often saying it is mostly about politics. Hence I can expect a new national party, call it a third party, to arise.  Of course only time will tell. People can talk and politicians can debate all they want to.

But in the end, it is the people that decide, hopefully by their vote, or by other means if necessary. Even my local Hash in Atlanta celebrated Bastille Day.

And last, I understand the line of succession, to include Joe Biden becoming our federal President.  So be it. A couple of years ago I would have said he is not preferable to Obama. Now I think differently.

And any kind of bottom up solution usually takes time, but one has to start somewhere. Especially this can be the case if one has lost trust, faith, and confidence in the present federal leaders in our USA. And all this imagination is just to live, to boot. That is fundamental enough for me.

Another thing. I cannot readily accept that I now have to grow some food and cut some forest wood just to survive some individual's personal politics, ideology, education, people he hired,  laziness, ignorance, morals, actions, corruption, lying, etc.

So be it impeachment, or just rebellion, or the continued rising of a third party; the handwriting is on the wall, from my point of view. Things have to change sooner rather than later.
