There is a leadership lesson to be
learned. Most of us appreciate an honest review, and that deserves to be
respected and promoted and tactfully treated. Said another way, promotion is
not continuous, but is a tool in advancing the common good of we all. Said even
another way, we need and want competent people in charge of our fate. Said even
another way, we are not all equal. Mission first some would even say.
As both a former writer and then user
of these reports, any extra information sure helped me. In a smaller community
or other close knit organization, perhaps these kinds of reports are not useful
or even have better alternatives, like people speaking or voting together.
