            As for me, I can use my own American and Marine  Corps  and Scout ingenuity about cooking to make my own meal on a wood stove (with a double boiler) , too. Cooking the meal is one thing...keeping it warm for a period of time is another thing, for example. Even using an open fire is another thing, also, which I know I can do, mostly because I already have.

            By the way, my double boiler has a 12 quart capacity, which is probably OK for a Family and Friends, but maybe not a soup kitchen type of situation.
