Soft Boiled Eggs

Being a male, I try to
avoid the directions as I made (now three tries) soft boiled eggs, a favorite
of mine back in the 8th grade. My mother made it look so easy.
What I have figured out
so far, as my soft boiled eggs have been too runny for my remembrance, is that
the timing of the cooking time, and remember the egg continues to cook some
from its internal heat after removal from boiling water, is important.
In the end, I would
plan on a few tries until you figure it out for your cooking and serving
method.
