Can we grow enough food in our own
gardens?
Of course we
can in the new world USA. We have plenty of soil and water and our new world American
character.
The idea is
that most of our grown farm food goes towards our troops to feed them overseas
if it comes to that.
Now if there
comes to be some kind of nuclear holocaust, and others come to here to live,
then can we even take care of them as best we can, like even feed and house
them?
No more
going to the grocery store or eating out for many of us in the USA, like in the
recent past.
And most
don’t even know how to “put up food” like so many of our ancestors knew how to
do. It is pretty much like buying canned
food these days, by the way. Said another way, it is not rocket science.
And no more
“Hunger Games” kind of scenarios, like our political leaders have to support
their Families like the rest of us.
Now do we
want to have to do this? I don’t know
right now. In other words it may get
worse before it gets better.
How Golden
Rule are you these days?
In the
meantime, the astute worry warts may start their own beginner garden, be it a
yard garden or even a porch garden in an apartment, like growing some food in a
pot. And then how willing are you to even share this produce?
