            There are three obvious means for a mob to rule:

                        1)  Physical, like pitchforks in the streets during the
French Revolution, or even flash mobs in the USA these days.

                        2)  Use the internet, like Twitter and other such social media.

                        3)  Turn to the criminals to rule, like using the Mafia.
