AMERICAN WEDDING SOUP


AMERICAN WEDDING SOUP

Cook 3 or 4 sections of chicken
Cook chicken with:
1 sm. onion
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
Cook until done. Remove bones and vegetables.
Add:
2 cans Progresso Chickarena Soup
2 cans College Inn Broth or same amount of chicken broth
Add to above mixture:
1 box frozen chopped spinach
Cut up celery, carrots and onion into broth in small pieces.
Beat 4 eggs with 4 or 5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and drop by teaspoons into soup. Let cook and then mix and stir real good. Let simmer on warm until ready to serve.
