Smiley dogs
I've now got two generations of yard
dogs that "smile" to show "happy" emotion. I suspect some
humans may think they are growling, too.
This brings up the idea of what
influences we humans?
Is it our genes we inherited, or it
is the environment we grew up in?
My opinion is that it is some of
both.
If you buy that opinion, then
perhaps you can do something to shape your children as to the environment side
of things as it affects their future. Heck, maybe you can even shape yourself for
your own reasons, including just setting
a good example for others.
And expect friction along the way,
to include not being thanked or recognized for even trying.
